C-Series Conveyor

The C-series conveyor is specifically designed for steep excavation work; it is ideal for basement excavating, utility contracting and other earth and material applications. The narrow frame fits easily into small openings or windows, making any job easier. The belt buckets have a high capacity to eliminate material rollback at steep inclines.
This conveyor can handle big loads, yet is easy enough for two or three men to handle. It is equipped with a medium capacity 2" side wall, and constructed with a 7/8" steel tube frame. This conveyor is a proven asset to the basement excavator, eliminating hours of unnecessary work.

Motor- 1-2 HP single phase 115/230v, RPm 1725. *Gas or hydraulic motors available. see optional equipment
Speed Reduction- Sealed 10:1 Gear box. #40 Rollar chain.
Total gear ratio- 12.92:1
Cleats- 2" tall rubber bucket cup, bolted on 20" centers.
Drive Drum- 7" in diameter. Open caged for self cleaning.
Tail Pulley- 6" in diameter. Open caged for self cleaning.
Take-ups- Take-ups provided at tail pulley. Provides 4" of belt take-up.
Bearings- Sealed, pre-lubricated, self-aligning, ball bearings.

C-96 HOPPER

4 cubic foot capcity, bolt-on loading hopper.

DOLLY AND HITCH

dolly axel and hitch with quick attach pins for portability and towing.

N-97 FRONT END LOADER HOPPER

1 cubic yard capacity with adjustable gate and legs.

BELT COVERS

Formed Steel in 3' and 5' Sections. Easy on, and easy off for belt inspection and maintenance.

C-92 UNDERCARRIAGE

Towable undercarriage with elevating lifting arms for stock piling or various discharge heights.

MOTORS

Electric motors available in single and three phase with the option of a gear box direct drive or a V-belt pulley system.
Honda gas engine available with v-belt drive system and internal rollar chain reduction.
Hydraulics are also available.

CONTROLS

D-108 On/Off switch. D-109 Forward/Off/Reverse Switch. Wiring included for single phase only.

VARIABLE SPEED

Variable speed digital controler available with thee phase only.
