What Belt Do You Need?

Choosing the correct belt for your operation is important to keep your workflow running smoothly and for maintaining cost effectiveness. Redline Systems can assist you in your decision, but let’s take minute to do some feature comparisons.

Light Excavation Work

For lighter excavation work, the C-Series conveyor belt might be best. It is especially good for steep excavation work in small spaces. Basement excavation is one of its specialties. The bucket style cleats keep dirt in its place from bottom to top. This series of conveyors is a popular choice for rental companies that want an affordable, sturdy conveyor system to offer their customers.

Heavier Duty Inclined Movement

Heavier, inclined excavation may be best accomplished with the use of the SD-Series conveyor. More heavily built than the C-Series, this material handling conveyor is designed for heavier payloads and its chevron style cleats move bulk material efficiently. A trough belt configuration helps keep material on the belt and not on the ground. This conveyor line is well-suited for excavation, agriculture, and mining operations. Its construction is designed for durability and easy maintenance.

Horizontal Bulk Material Movement

If moving bulk material across a horizontal plane is your job, consider the D-Series conveyors for handling your material transport tasks. It can be ordered with either a smooth or rough belt surface. It, too, comes with a trough style belt for better material control. As with all of our outdoor conveyor systems, the D-Series can be outfitted with accessories for portability.

Floor to Floor Material Transport

The TR3-Series conveyor belts are the workhorses of the warehouse. Moving bulky items, like boxes, bags, sack, and even tires, is the domain of the TR3. This conveyor is often mounted permanently and helps your employees work efficiently and safely. With the addition of 4 inch cleats, bulky items can be transported at steeper elevations to reduce the conveyors footprint and free up needed warehouse floor space.

The Redline System family of bulk material conveyors has a model to meet your needs. As your requirements change, optional accessories can be added to address those changes. Redline Systems will assist you in getting just the right conveyor for your tasks.
