While all of our Redline Systems conveyor belts come ready to use right out of the box, or should I say, right off of the truck, you operations might benefit even more by using some of our optional accessories.

Standard Options

When you order your Redline Systems conveyor, you will be able to choose the power supply that runs your workhorse material mover. Most belts have the option to be powered by an electric motor, a gasoline engine, or hydraulic motor system. And of course, the length of the belt is made to order.

Additional Options

There are a variety of additional options that can be ordered for your conveyor. These options can be specified with your initial order and some can be ordered at a later date when your needs change.

Hoppers

Material hoppers can be ordered in two configurations. The C96 hopper is directly attached to the conveyor using a four-bolt attachment. This hopper has a 4 to 5 cubic foot capacity.

The N97 hopper is free standing and can be moved independently of the conveyor. It has a 1.5 cubic foot capacity and its adjustable legs allow you to get just the right clearance for your bulk material. Feeding the material onto the belt is controlled by using an adjustable gate on the hopper for flow control.

Portability and Towing Options

The C-Series conveyors can be order with either a manual hand pump or powered hydraulic pump for elevation adjustment. With the gas or electric power supply, the hydraulic power undercarriage can be fitted with a hydraulic pump, boom lift valve, and hydraulic belt operation valve. Towing is accomplished by adding a pintel ring or a 2-5/16” ball-hitch and removable dolly axle frame. Towing options may require a heavy-duty frame for towing. The SD-Series conveyor belt can come with similar towing options, specifically built for their construction.

The D-Series can be fitted with a 2-pin dolly axle attachment and 2-pin hitch attachment. While the TR3-Series conveyors are usually stationary, check with Redline for help if you need a movable conveyor.

Belt Covers

If protecting the bulk material from the environment or just keeping it on the belt is a concern, belt covers can be ordered for the C, SD, and D conveyor lines. Constructed of formed steel for strength, these covers come in two lengths. The BC3 covers are three feet long and the BC5 covers are 5 feet in length. Both styles have a 4 inch clearance. These covers can also help protect workers from injury when sharp materials are transported, like glass and metal.

Belt Control

The operation of the belt can be controlled by electrical or hydraulic controls. A conveyor driven by a three phase electric motor can be outfitted with a variable frequency drive for precise speed control. On/off switches and directional control switches can be added. There may be more electrical options available to customize your belt, so be sure to ask your Redline Systems representative for more information.

Hydraulically driven belts can have options installed for speed and directional control and emergency shutoff. Additional functions can be added as needed.

Other Options

Other options include support legs, discharge chutes, elephant trunks, Rubber side skirts, and custom undercarriages. Custom widths can also be manufactured to meet your specifications. Your Redline Systems team can help you design the exact belt configuration to meet your needs.
